At least 7 Palestinians, including two teenagers, have been killed and five others injured in a series of airstrikes carried out by Israeli warplanes on the besieged Gaza Strip, reports say.
On Tuesday night, an airstrike targeted two men on a motorcycle in the town of Deir al-Balah, killing one of them and injuring the other critically.
Earlier in the day, two Palestinian teenagers were also killed in another Israeli airstrike on Deir al-Balah.
On Monday, four Palestinians were killed by Israeli airstrikes on Beit Hanoun.
The Israeli military frequently bombs the Gaza Strip, saying the actions are being conducted for defensive purposes. However, disproportionate force is always used, in violation of international law, and civilians are often killed or injured.
Gaza has been blockaded since 2007, which is a situation that has caused a decline in the standard of living, unprecedented levels of unemployment, and unrelenting poverty.
